I have known Michael Broad since the early 2000s when he was coaching at South RC and was the Director of Sport at Gregory Terrace. Since that time, I have always been impressed with the professionalism and quality of his rugby knowledge and coaching experience & expertise. For these reasons, I engaged Broady to be the Coaching Director of Next Gen Rugby Coaching from the commencement of the company in 2012/13.
Broady has a unique quality of engaging with young men and women of all ages (along with coaches) in the most positive and rewarding way to bring the best out of those in his care.
Since taking over the company in 2017, Broady has, with the assistance of an elite group of coaches, expanded the programs available to schools, clubs, coaches and players alike.
