At Next Gen Rugby Coaching, we understand that rugby is a sport traditionally played in various weather conditions. However, the safety and well-being of our participants are paramount. This policy outlines our approach to managing sessions affected by adverse weather conditions.

Our Policy

Policy Details:

Proceeding in Rain: In the event of rain, the clinic will typically proceed as planned, embracing the sport's all-weather nature.

Adverse Conditions: Should the weather involve heavy rain, strong winds, hail, or lightning, the clinic will be postponed. We will make all efforts to reschedule the clinics at a suitable time.

Cancellation Before Commencement: If a clinic is cancelled due to severe weather before it starts, it will be rescheduled. Participants unable to attend the rescheduled dates are entitled to a full refund.

Cancellation After Commencement: Refunds for clinics cancelled due to adverse weather after they have started will be handled as follows:

Cancellation during Day 1: 75% refund
Cancellation during Day 2: 50% refund
Cancellation during Day 3: No refund

Considerations: Next Gen Rugby Coaching commits to ensuring all participants receive value for money. A portion of the clinic fee is retained to cover non-reversible arrangements made within the 7-day timeframe prior to the event. This includes administration costs, participant kits already ordered, and resources allocated based on registration numbers.
